Therapy

Human nature is water, not stone.” ― Marty Rubin

Our personal journey is filled with ups and downs, highs and lows, moments of joy and incidences of hardship. As we ebb and flow through life, there may be times where difficulties arise and our usual ways of coping lose their effectiveness. Engaging in therapy can prove beneficial in navigating these challenges, providing a possible path for healing and growth.

Entering into a therapeutic relationship is not only for the difficult times, but also for those moments of clarity, a sounding board upon which the healthy mind can evolve and discover new ways of  being.

Recognizing that you are not where you want to be is a starting point to begin changing your life.” – Deborah Day

Building a career that makes you happy doesn’t begin when you enter the world of work.

It begins at a much younger age, when that question – ‘What do you want to be when you grow up?’ is uttered to you. It’s those moments when you’re asked to decide what subjects to choose in completing your foundational education. It’s when you are at a point in your life when you’re asked: ‘What do you want to study?’. It’s at the precipice of realisation where you no longer feel fulfilled or welcome the challenge that comes with your occupation.

It’s at these moments that my best hope is to facilitate your journey as you navigate building a fulfilling career that brings you joy and a sense of revitalisation.
